Security Operative

As a Security Operative at POC Management, you will play a vital role in protecting people, assets, and operations at high-value sites across the UK. You will provide a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and deter criminal activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring client safety.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage access control, including checking credentials and authorising entry.
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols on-site.

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
