Securing J Murphy & Sons sites with tailored smart technology
POC Management were invited to deliver a bespoke security system for the newly constructed Murphy complex in Leeds. This followed a successful collaboration on the REAL project, which highlighted our technical capability.
Full Lifecycle System Design and Deployment
We worked from the early construction stages to final fix, installing a complete solution including smart CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Intercoms and automated gates. Our planning began with ducting layouts and continued through to commissioning. The smart CCTV solution, featuring analytic software, enabled detection based on movement, line-crossing, and dwell time—monitored after-hours by our Control Room team who also managed access and alarms.
Our success at the Leeds complex led to roll-out of similar systems across other J Murphy & Sons sites. This includes more advanced integrations such as Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and thermal imaging technology.
